Welcome to Forest Class!

Autumn Term Topic: Superstars ⭐

A huge welcome to all of our wonderful children and families! We are so excited to begin our learning journey together.

This term our topic is Superstars, where we will be celebrating what makes each and every one of us unique and special. We will learn about ourselves, our families, our friends and all the amazing things we can do.

For many of our children, this term is all about settling into a new school, meeting new friends and becoming familiar with new routines. We will spend lots of time building positive relationships, developing confidence and helping everyone feel safe, happy and ready to learn.

📚 Our Story Adventures

We can't wait to share lots of exciting stories together, including:

• Measuring Me

• The Gingerbread Man

• A wonderful selection of favourite nursery rhymes and songs

These stories will help us explore early language, communication, maths, creativity and imaginative play.

🎨 Learning Through Play

Our classroom will be full of exciting opportunities to:

• ⭐ Make new friends and build relationships

• ⭐ Explore sensory activities

• ⭐ Sing songs and nursery rhymes

• ⭐ Count, sort and investigate

• ⭐ Create artwork and get messy!

• ⭐ Learn through play, indoors and outdoors

We know every child learns in their own unique way, and we are looking forward to celebrating every achievement—big or small.
