Voting to name the school therapy pet - Moral, Social, Cultural
Moral- a sense of right and wrong, using a democratic voting system for a whole school decision.
Social- developing relationships with each other, working together toward and joint goal
Cultural - appreciating diversity and interacting with people from different social backgrounds. Working together with pupils from varied social backgrounds for a joint goal.
The whole school were invited to vote for the name for our school therapy bearded dragon. Every pupil was given the opportunity to vote and the votes were counted so that they results could be revealed in assembly. The pupils were taught about the democracy of the winning total dictating the choice which was Marbles.
