Silk Museum Workshop - A Victorian Christmas - Spiritual, Social and Cultural

Class: Y12- Y14 6th Form 2 Year: 2025 - 2026

6th form 2 took part in a workshop led by Macclesfied's Silk Museum. They have been regular visitors to the class. We explored what a traditional Victorian Christmas would have looked like. We learnt about various traditions and also explored the ingredients of a Victorian Christmas cake.
