Hovis Class have been learning about Hanukkah. We learnt who celebrates it, when the festival is and what happens at traditional Hanukkah celebrations. All of this knowledge helped us to appreciate further the varied cultural influences we have in our country. 

We all had a go at lighting the candles on the menorah, allowing us the opportunity to take part in a different cultural experience. We we all very sensible and respectful of the tradition.
