Arts Week 8th February 2021
Welcome to our annual Arts and Creativity Week.
Our theme for this year is “The Show Must Go On “
Things are a little different this year as many of us are keeping safe at home.
In Lockdown, we are all having to spend more time in our own homes so staff at Park Lane School have come up with a range of activities and suggestions that we hope will inspire and motivate you to be creative and have fun. We have based our activities on different rooms within the house and included activities that don’t require any specialist tools or equipment. The activities require different levels of skill. You might want to create a masterpiece, try something new or explore colours textures and patterns using different materials. There is something for everyone. We will leave it up to you to choose what you would like to do.
Please take lots of photos or videos or send us your finished works. We will display your work on our website and in school. We will also be sending some of the evidence of your amazing work to Fallibroome School who are coordinating Creativity Week activities in different schools across the local area. They will showcase some of our work along with that of other schools in an online presentation in the Summer Term.
