In 2019, Hovis Class took part in numerous whole school fundraising activities. We helped to raise money for Jeans for Genes by wearing denim, Macmillian by baking cakes, Children in Need by wearing spotty clothes and East Cheshire Hospice by completing the Santa Run. For each event the students learnt why we raise money for each charity and who the money will be helping. The students recognised why morally it is important to raise money for poeple less fortunate than ourselves. They all took part in the many social fundrasing events with great enthusiasm and we are very proud of their effort in fundraising for others over this year.
