A visit from the BBC

On the 4th July, we had a visit from two producers from the BBC. They were gathering research for an upcoming online BBC Children's & Education project for making and listening to music in school. Their focus was on delivering content specifically for teachers that will help provide lessons for SEND students.

Park Lane School uses music in a variety of ways and we were pleased to be able to show them different music sessions, including sensory circle time with PMLD students, Musical sounds and Phonics with KS2 and Rhythm and Songs with our EYFS students.

They thoroughly enjoyed their morning with us and are keen to stay in touch with us.
